Davies & Davies Lettings Office handles over 750 properties for local and overseas landlords, from Frome to Chippenham and Melksham to Bath. We are one of the largest lettings and property management agents in the area, and are Members of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA).


Our high street office is solely dedicated to lettings and has a prominent shop front displaying properties available to let. It is manned by our lettings team comprising 11 specialist lettings negotiators who offer a complete and comprehensive service to both landlords and tenants.


We manage properties in all price ranges from flats to large detached houses with equal diligence and careful attention. Our tenants are carefully selected and full references are always taken before they are allowed possession of a property.

Carole Hector

Carole Hector Branch Manager, MARLA

Carole has worked for Davies & Davies since February 1995 and has dealt with new homes, sales and lettings. Carole manages the Lettings Department and covers the West Wiltshire/BANES area.

Catheryn Wright

Catheryn Wright Assistant Branch Manager, MARLA

Catheryn has a number of years’ experience in Lettings and has been with Davies & Davies since 2001. She oversees the day to day running of the Lettings department.

Andrea Jobbins

Having a proven track record with many years’ experience, Andrea has her finger on the pulse to make sure the accounts department runs smoothly when dealing with all account queries.

Clare Clifford

Clare has worked for Davies & Davies since 2005. Clare assists with accounts and also provides administration support for the maintenance department. She ensures that all documentation is dealt with as quickly as possible.

Jenny Dixon

Responsible for ensuring that check ins and check outs are carried out quickly and efficiently. She will put tenants and landlords at ease using her proven customer service skills.

Karynne Pitts

Karynne Pitts Maintenance Manager

Karynne has experience in various roles within the Lettings Department since joining Davies & Davies and is now the team leader, overseeing the maintenance department to ensure clients’ properties are well maintained on an ongoing basis.

Lisa Muggridge

Lisa has worked for Davies & Davies since 2001, having experience in various roles within the Lettings department. She is responsible for property visits and liaising with landlords and tenants.

Charlotte Whitton

Charlotte Whitton Lettings Negotiator

Charlotte is one of the newest members of the Lettings team and is responsible for organising viewings and dealing with queries from both landlords and tenants. Being first point of contact will ensure your query is dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner.

Caroline Freeman

Caroline has recently joined Lisa in the busy inspections department of the lettings office and is responsible for property visits and liaising with landlords and tenants.
