Fully Managed

Our management charge is 10% of the monthly rent plus VAT (12% including VAT) however, this fee can be varied depending on the level of management service you require. This is chargeable on an ongoing monthly basis and is for the day to day management of the property. Alongside the monthly management fee, an initial set up fee for any new tenancy will apply based on the below:

Let Only Service

The let only service is offered to landlords who wish to manage their own properties but want to take the headache out of finding suitable tenants and sorting out the relevant documentation. Our Let Only fees will be 75% of one months’ rent plus VAT, subject to a minimum fee of £495.00 plus VAT (£594.00 including VAT). Additional services are available, as listed on the other fees section of our website.
