Louise is the glue that holds everything together and has a vast wealth of knowledge built up since 1992 when she first started in the estate agency business. Louise is also responsible for the majority of the sales progression where she will ensure that each sale goes through to completion as smoothly as possible.

Rudy is the newest (and youngest) member of the Sales team, having joined in October 2025 as a Junior Sales Negotiator. That said, he already brings with him a year of industry experience and has hit the ground running so much so, he has recently been promoted to Sales Negotiator! Rudy is making great strides in his career — regularly conducting accompanied viewings, getting to know the applicant database, and familiarising himself with the properties listed for sale. When he’s not immersed in all things residential sales, Rudy enjoys trying different restaurants and cuisines, traveling and anything cars!

Oscar began his career with Davies & Davies in the Bradford on Avon and recent promotion has seen him move across to the Trowbridge branch where he continues his career in the property industry with energy and enthusiasm. Born and raised in Bath, he has always had an interest in unique properties and architecture, which naturally led him to explore a role in estate agency. He brings a strong eye for detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset to his work — qualities that help him support clients and the team effectively. Having grown up around the business, with his father working at Davies & Davies for over 20 years, Oscar has a long-standing connection to the company and a genuine understanding of its values. Outside of work, Oscar is passionate about cars and enjoys exploring interesting and characterful homes.
