Having begun his estate agency career in and around Trowbridge, Ryan worked his way up to Senior Sales Negotiator since joining Davies & Davies in 2023. Thanks to his hard work, dedication and commitment, he was further promoted to Branch Manager of our new Melksham office. Friendly, approachable and always willing to go the extra mile, Ryan enjoys helping buyers and sellers navigate their move with confidence. His positive attitude and genuine passion for property make him a pleasure to deal with, and he is very excited to be leading our newest branch. When he's not helping clients make their next move, you'll most likely find Ryan on the fairways at Cumberwell Park Golf Club – although he might occasionally be found digging his way out of one of its many bunkers!

Having lived in Melksham, and attended school locally, Charlee is very well placed to be one of the team! Previously Charlee worked in the hospitality sector as well as Wiltshire Council and has picked up the ability to handle a mixture of high-pressure situations in a time sensitive fashion. Charlee joined Davies & Davies looking after the administrative side of the business, showing that she had a natural flair for selling and was subsequently promoted to Sales Negotiator. Charlee is enthusiastic, extremely efficient, reliable and always has a smile on her face. She really takes pride in her work, which shows in the meticulous approach she adopts when it comes to looking after our clients. In her spare time, Charlee enjoys travelling and socialising with her friends and family.
